4, the content of the work
4.1, the operation content:
4.1.1. The varnisher carefully looks at the color proofing card and the color proof sample bag provided by the customer according to the “Product Directiveâ€, and checks the “Working Standard Book†and the “Process Record Card†to distinguish the nature of the ink. Whether it is a print, it is a squeeze ink or a steam-resistant ink.
4.1.2. Involve the ink required for the relevant ink adjustment from the warehouse, and confirm the ink manufacturer, model, hue and production date batch number on the outer packaging.
4.1.3. Before opening the ink tank, first swing it vigorously to make the ink evenly spread, and wipe the ink cover clean to prevent surface dust or other foreign matter from falling into the ink tank, so as to avoid the ink from being contaminated.
4.1.4. According to the hue of the sample, make a reasonable proportion according to a certain proportion, first debug a small amount, and compare the scraping sample with the sample draft until the color is adjusted to be close to the color sample standard.
4.1.5, preliminary adjustment of the viscosity of the ink, the scope is:

4.1.6 After the machine is in normal operation, the sample is compared with the sample draft until it meets the sample.
4.1.7. The first roll of film of each variety is printed to 500~1000m, and then sampled again to compare the sample drafts. If there is color difference, adjust it in time.
4.1.8. Always check the amount of ink in the ink tank and ink tank on the visual machine to ensure that the ink is sufficiently circulated, generally not less than 1/4 of the height of the ink tank, and the ink viscosity is measured for 15-25 minutes.
4.1.9. After normal production or adding ink or solvent, pay attention to timely sampling and comparison with the sample draft, adjust the color difference in time, and make a self-test record.
4.1.10. In normal production, after the ink is blended, the ratio and process of each color ink are recorded in time, including the ink model and manufacturer.
4.1.11 After each product is printed, assist the on-board operator to fill the remaining ink, seal the lid, make the label, mark it, and return it to the spot color ink library.
Note: Different types of inks cannot be mixed, and solvents of different ratios cannot be added indiscriminately.
