Domestic research and development of new products for yogurt packaging

Domestic dairy products companies such as Yili, Sanyuan, Guangming and Mengniu have all indicated that they will increase market share by developing more innovative packaging. Domestic yoghurt packaging materials use PP, PS and HDPE. The solidified yoghurt should be fermented after filling, so the packaging material must have certain heat resistance and can withstand the fermentation temperature of 50°C. Since PP and PS are prone to produce plastic after being heated, most of them use glass bottles and porcelain bottles, and only a few companies choose paper cups. Although "Taste All Buttermilk" is not the first dairy product to use a paper cup as a yogurt package, it is the first domestic product that uses a paper cup for agitated yoghurt. According to relevant person in charge of packaging companies, paper cups of yoghurt are popular in developed countries. The choice of paper cups is mainly due to the good printability of the paper, which can enhance the shelf display effect of products and help to occupy the high-end market of dairy products. And the paper material is very environmentally friendly and easy to degrade.
