Sensing label: Recordable package product temperature

A sensor tag that can record the temperature of a packaged product has recently been developed and produced by a foreign company. The label can be used for the packaging of temperature-sensitive materials such as oil, food, pharmaceuticals, biochemicals, etc., to monitor the temperature changes during transportation, storage and processing, and to record these temperature changes; Protects goods from damage. When the label shows that the temperature of the package has warmed up, the silvery white color of the tag turns black, which is a color-sensitive chemical reaction. The label is affixed with a 9mm diameter self-adhesive thermometer, which can be recorded to reflect 105!, 110!, 115!, 120!, and in 120!-350!, with an increase in temperature for every 10!. According to temperature changes, appropriate protective measures can be taken for the packaged goods.

Not long ago, CCL Labels of Illinois, USA developed and manufactured a high-performance composite label that is both moisture-resistant and hygroscopic and has a protective effect on label printing. The label uses BOPP film, four-color gravure. At the same time, the company also produced a synthetic white BOPP film label with a transparent external standard and a seven-color flexo mark. The internal label was visible through a die-cut window. In addition, CI & Graphics, Wis., recently developed a back-colored, flexible, transparent OPP film that combines a layer of aluminum foil with a synthetic label that is commonly used in the packaging industry.
