Several common information security printing technology for product packaging

Because the corner block combination in the hologram is randomly encoded, even if the same device is difficult to produce exactly the same holographic master, rainbow hologram images have been widely used in the production of anti-counterfeiting labels. Holograms can also be directly transferred to paper products and are now widely used in tickets, trademarks and credit cards.

Laser embossed holographic anti-counterfeiting labels have a single rainbow, a variety of rainbow colors, true colors, and black and white (achromatic) colors. The images are two-dimensional, three-dimensional, multiplex, and dynamic imaging.

According to different laser holographic anti-counterfeiting identification hologram imaging technology, it can be divided into classical, pulsed three-dimensional laser molded holographic anti-counterfeit labels and composite molding, multiple image laser molding, dynamic molding, dynamic grating molding, invisible holographic molding, anti-counterfeiting ink encryption laser Molded and other holographic anti-counterfeiting labels.

(1) Perspective holographic film. The common feature of these products is to make aluminum, ink, or metal layers on polyester films into dots and control the density of dots, and in the reproduction of light, there are light reflections at metal dots and light transmission at non-metal dots. , and adjust the ratio of transmission and reflection, so that the printed image covered by the film can be observed through the holographic film, and does not affect the hologram display. Perspective holographic film can be divided into four categories due to different production processes: First, the metal mesh type, which relies on the metal mesh to store holographic images, through the transparent network wall to display the covered graphics. The second is vapor deposition of an oxide, and a high refractive index oxidation protection layer is continuously vapor-deposited on the embossed surface of the transparent resin film bearing the embossed hologram to protect the holographic image from loss. The third is the evaporation of metal, usually on the transparent resin film continuous evaporation of a semi-transmissive aluminum film, so as to take into account the diffraction efficiency of the embossed hologram and cover the graphic transmission. The fourth is printing, according to the principle of printing local glazing, through the process of UV ink printing → semi-curing → holographic relief molding → curing → manufacturing high refractive index protective layer in the specific position of the substrate, the perspective hologram is printed On paper, metal and textiles and other items.

This type of holographic film is mainly used as a document card protection film, plastic packaging and printing film. The transmissive hologram is a multi-layer transparent medium plated on the hologram stripe so that the hologram can be seen at a certain angle of view, and at a different angle, it is almost a packaging machine'target=_blank>transparent film. It also reveals the graphic images underneath, and its performance is better than that of translucent holograms. It can be used to coat documents and passports.

(2) Rainbow holographic paper. After a certain process, the molded hologram on the plastic film (BOPP, PET) is completely transferred to the paper base to form a rainbow holographic paper. Rainbow holographic paper is very suitable for high-grade packaging boxes for cigarettes, wine, and medicines.

(3) Computer laser hologram. The laser with good correlation emitted from the laser is divided into two beams with the same wavelength, one beam is reflected on the object to be reflected and is called object light; the other beam is reflected by the plane mirror and becomes the reference light, and it is directed at a certain angle. Negatives, where they interfere with the light. The light and dark interference fringes recorded on the film can give a hologram that records the intensity and phase of the lightwaves of the object. The hologram is then irradiated with the original reference beam. Because of the diffraction effect of light, the original object beam can be restored. Therefore, a realistic stereoscopic image of the object can be seen through the hologram, and the interference and hologram of the light can be described by a mathematical model. The formation of the hologram can be calculated by computer sampling. The use of such a computer hologram to design printed graphics is very difficult due to the fineness of up to 1000 lines per millimeter and randomness.

(4) Laser lattice fractal hologram. A new technology combining dot matrix laser holography and computer-generated fractal images is used in laser anti-counterfeit logo production. The laser logo produced has excellent anti-counterfeiting performance and visual effects (such as background gradient, rotation flicker, and zoom flicker, etc.) Performance effect). The fractal image generated by the computer can be superimposed on the customer's logo or trademark pattern, or even part of the logo, so as to achieve a good anti-counterfeiting effect.

The features of the laser logo produced by the combination of dot matrix holographic technology and computer fractal technology are:

1 The pattern of laser marks is composed of a few tiny grating points (approximately tens to a hundred microns), and each grating point contains a very fine grating (less than a micron). During the production process, According to the requirements of the computer, the raster points are coded point by point, so that the direction or density of the grating at each point changes to achieve a predetermined visual effect;
