For example, measuring the gloss requires an optical flat test panel. In this case, the detailed provisions of the test board and its treatment method should be explained in the relevant test method.
The third case is different from the above two cases. In this case, the product needs to be tested on an agreed surface with good reproducibility. The materials used are preferably those that generally meet quality standards and can be easily cleaned or otherwise processed to provide a stable and consistent surface. This surface may not necessarily be the type of surface used when the product is actually applied.
In the third case, it has developed a test board processing method that is considered to be reproducible, and it gives additional explanations for the doubts that may exist due to the lack of international uniform methods.
