1. Stability

Rotary screen printing uses a nickel-plated metal mesh. The mesh is composed of stable hexagons. 2. High-speed continuous operation
Since flat screen printing is flat-sheet printing, each time there is a screen plate raised and lowered, and the scraper is stopped up and down, so speed has become an unbreakable problem for flat screen printing. Because the blade changes up and down, it will also cause uneven thickness of the ink layer, which will affect the quality of the product.
Rotary screen printing adopts a completely different operation mode from flat screen. Its main characteristics are reflected in high speed; stable printing. Through the built-in scraper and automatic ink supply system, the ink is transferred to the substrate during the continuous high-speed rotation of the rotary screen, without unnecessary pause time, continuous constant speed operation, speed up to 150 m / min (about 15,000 printing per hour ), So that production efficiency has been multiplied.
3. Stand-alone, can be connected
Due to the speed limitation of flat screen printing, its printing method determines that it cannot be produced online with other machines, and it cannot achieve one machine with multiple functions.
Rotary screen printing adopts the round and round printing method to run continuously at high speed. It is suitable for online production with offset printing, relief printing, flexo printing and other printing equipment. For some special effect products that require flat screen printing, only one online die cutting is required.
