1. Flexographic equipment structure and specifications vary
The flexographic printing equipment adopts the short ink path anilox roller ink transfer method, the mechanical structure is simple, and the environmental protection ink is adopted, and the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction are prominent, and the needs of the green development of the industry are met. In order to promote the wide application of flexo printing in various fields, flexographic printing equipment has also developed rapidly in the course of 20 years. Domestic flexographic printing equipment has expanded from a stacked structure 20 years ago to a unit structure of 21 color sets and a satellite structure of 8 colors wide. Moreover, the specifications of flexographic printing equipment have also been developed into three types: narrow, medium and wide (maximum width of about 3.6 m), and the variety and style have been greatly improved.
2. Flexo printing equipment manufacturing level improved
In order to improve transmission accuracy and flexo printing quality, domestic flexographic printing equipment has also made great improvements in the past 20 years. For example, it has prepared the more advanced shaftless drive servo drive technology in the world, which not only improves the manufacturing precision of the whole machine, but also reaches the international advanced level; it changes from low-grade low-speed to high-grade high-speed, which is the manufacturing level of domestic flexographic printing equipment. 3. Flexo device connection function expansion
In the past 20 years, the flexo device connection function has been expanded and played. In addition to the traditional functions such as hot stamping, cold stamping, die cutting, cutting, and reverse printing, the offset printing unit, gravure printing unit or screen printing unit are added to the unit type flexographic printing equipment. Two or more printing units will be installed. 4. Anilox roller manufacturing precision is improved
Anilox roller is a key component of flexographic printing system. Its manufacturing precision directly affects the quality of flexo printing, so it is called the "heart" of flexographic printing equipment. Twenty years ago, the anilox rolls used in flexographic printing equipment mostly had shortcomings such as thick dots, poor precision, and short life. Through the introduction and upgrade of technology, the use of anilox roller ceramic injection electronic engraving machine, the processing precision of the anilox roller has been significantly improved, the service life has also increased several times, the maximum number of lines can reach 2000 lines / inch. The quality improvement of the anilox roller has made great progress in the manufacturing technology of the anilox roller in China, which greatly meets the needs of the development of flexo printing. 10 years ago, the ratio of the number of anilox lines and the number of screen-receiving lines promoted by the industry was 2.5:1, and has now been increased to (4.5-5):1, thereby achieving uniformity and stability of flexo inking.
