Excluding the problem of too large bottom ash in the film of the laser phototypesetting machine

The bottom of the film is too dark, which is generally not related to the main engine. It is necessary to check the laser imagesetter. First, energize Phototype Dissipator and observe whether the various parts of the Phototype Dispenser are working properly. Check if the laser sweeps on the drum. If it is normal, you can open the optical platform cover to see if the laser tube is working properly. Sometimes the bottom of the film may be gray due to the looseness of the silicon photocell, the tilt, the shift of the 0-level light, and the strong light. If this is a fault, the laser image-setter may be turned on in the dark room (no open light), and the lamps may be repeatedly adjusted through various indicators so that the light intensity of the lamp matches the requirements. The loose silicon photocell needs to be fixed while adjusting, and then the 0-level light and the 4-way light are adjusted in turn. After the recovery, the inspection piece is normal. After the machine is connected, the discharge is normal, the optical power meter indicates the accuracy, and the bottom ash of the film is naturally reduced.
