Medical syringe reuse example

The syringe used in medical treatment is made of PP. The color is white and transparent, and the nucleating agent needs to be added during the processing. After the recovery, the above ink needs to be washed out and put into the washing machine directly after crushing. To clean it and then heat it in the injection molding machine to about 200°C, it kills the virus and can then be used as a plastic product, but it can no longer be used in the medical industry. The price of this recycled syringe is around 9800 yuan/ton.
