The machine tool has the following kinds of power supply voltages: AC110V voltage for driving the communication touch device, AC24V voltage for lighting, AC6V voltage for indicating light, and 65V-75V-85V braking power for main motor braking. The power supply for the CNC-H4-T CNC system and the AC220V required for the switching power supply GS are supplied by the transformer TC3. The three-phase AC220V power supply required by the servo driver is supplied by the drive transformer TC2. The DC 24V of the I/O signal, the enable signal, and the DC 24V of the Z-axis brake motor are supplied by the switching power supply GS.

The machine table has the following kinds of movement conditions: The main motor M1 of the work table has two kinds of operation conditions, one after another and one by one. When the jog operation is stopped, there is no braking process. When the continuous operation is stopped, there is a braking process. The main motor of the workbench is a two-speed motor, so it is divided into high and low speeds. The work station has high and low speeds when it is running one after another, and it only needs to be slow when jogging. Tool holder transverse (X axis) motion is driven by servo motor M2. The vertical direction (Z axis) of the carriage is driven by servo motor M3. To prevent the gravity effect of the carriage from being stopped due to inertia, the motor M3 has a brake.
