Reporter: Hello, gold designer, let me briefly introduce the harvest and sentiment of participating in the special ceramics "beauty in the heart".
Jin Shenghou: The material gain is that I got a monthly award in April. The prize is an apple's itouch, I am very happy. From the perspective of learning, I also met many outstanding national designers through the activities, and had some communication with them, and found the differences in design concepts and styles between Shanghai and foreign designers.
I can feel that special ceramics has become a leading company in the industry with scale, professionalism and brand.
Reporter: What kind of concept is your beautiful villa?
Jin Shenghou: Everyone's definition is different. I personally think that Meishu should meet four points: the beauty, health, comfort and safety of the house. Aesthetics include hard decoration, soft decoration, furniture design, lighting effects. Residential health includes air and water treatment, as well as indoor temperature and humidity. Comfort includes things like home theater that make you feel comfortable. Security includes security and intelligence. Meeting these four points is in line with the beautiful villa in my heart.
Reporter: How many years have you been in this industry?
Jin Shenghou: Twelve years.
Reporter: According to your observation of this 12 years, what kind of development stage does the Chinese designer group have? What do you think about the plagiarism in the Chinese design community?
Jin Shenghou: If you really talk about the interior design entering the lives of ordinary people for more than ten years, plagiarism, reference, and imitation are all necessary processes. These phenomena did exist when the industry started just a few years ago. However, in recent years, with the constant regulation of the industry and the continuous improvement of standards, the design of each region has already had some cultural connotations. Perhaps some of the design styles will be similar to those of some masters, but the things inside it must be different. The good thing to borrow is creative imitation. Customers like it is a good work.
Reporter: Does this year's market have an impact on interior designers?
Jin Shenghou: There is a certain impact, but the rigid demand still exists. And good things are not affected by changes in the market environment, this is a gold mining process.
The market designed by first-tier cities such as Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai is stable and mature, and he is unwilling if you design for him free of charge. Second-tier cities generally do not charge design fees, if the reception is contradicted by consumers. In fact, high-end customers are still willing to pay for this design cost.
Reporter: What is the most influential to you in your design career?
Jin Shenghou: I often travel around the country. The natural scenery is beautiful, but you will pass some expressways between one attraction and another. You will see some rural houses, which will not match the scenery, architecture. Some will not be pleasing to the eye. If you have been to Europe, you know that their rural buildings are very tasteful, and the gap between the rich and the poor in their cities and villages is not great. I am deeply touched by this.
Reporter: As an interior designer, what is your biggest dream?
Jin Shenghou: I hope to build a house in the country. It must meet the four requirements I mentioned earlier: the beauty, health, comfort and safety of the house. It must be intelligent, environmentally friendly, and technological. It must be like the ancient castles of Europe, and can be passed down from generation to generation.
I also hope that our design can move from the city to the countryside, so that people in rural areas can also feel the enjoyment of design.
