Four-color pigments: Same principle as color printing, good reducibility, quality has reached the international level;

High-temperature fast burning pigment: Barbecue temperature 1006 ~ 1200 degrees Celsius, 3 minutes baked;

Lead-free, cadmium-free pigments: Pigments do not contain lead or cadmium. The pigments are powdered before blending and 90% have a particle size greater than 5 microns. A total of more than 10 basic colors, basically able to meet the needs of a variety of flower colors;

With bake pigments: According to the proofing of the color ratio and the amount of printing the number of serious ratio, with a good pigment to be placed in an oven baking 90 to 100 degrees Celsius for half an hour, does not allow water in the pigment (not more than 0.5%) Otherwise it will cause the product to burst, causing waste.

Due to the different characteristics of different pigments (high temperature resistance), the range of use is also different. Therefore, appropriate screen printing pigments should be selected according to the requirements of different equipment and printing objects.

In addition, special attention should be paid to the miscibility of screen printing pigments and porcelain inks, improper mixing, chemical reaction during sintering, deterioration of color, and even popping of flowers. Therefore, screen printing pigments with good miscibility should be used. And porcelain ink, it is best to use the same manufacturer and the same brand of products. For plain printing, screen printing, high temperature, low temperature and screen printing pigments and porcelain inks produced by different manufacturers and different brands, it is not allowed to mix and use them randomly, so as not to affect the quality.
