[Number reading] Brazil will achieve 50.4 billion reais packaging output value in 2013

[ppzhan Abstract] With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the packaging industry has become a part of everyone's daily life. The continued growth of the Asia-Pacific economy has increased the demand for packaging in countries such as Singapore, and India and China are also considered to be growth import packaging markets.

Packaging as a garment for the product has been internalized as part of the product. According to the report issued by the relevant agencies, the global packaging industry output value will grow rapidly to US$820 billion by 2016, and paper packaging products and rigid plastic packaging products will become the main growth point with an average annual growth rate of 3%. The output value will reach 40 billion US dollars and 33 billion US dollars respectively.

Food packaging and care packaging will continue to be the two major terminal sectors in the global packaging industry. By 2016, beverage and food packaging will grow by $43 billion, and care packaging will grow at a rate of 4.5% per year, to 2016. The annual output value will reach 34 billion US dollars. Cosmetic packaging will grow at a rate of 4.2% per year to $24 billion in 2016.

In the face of this data, North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region have become fast-growing regions. The strict enforcement of the US government in the food and beverage industry has forced packaging suppliers to increase their investment in research and development. At the same time, consumer demand for disposable beverage bottle packaging materials has contributed to the development of this market in Germany. In addition, the continued growth of the Asia-Pacific economy has increased the demand for packaging in countries such as Singapore, and India and China are also considered to be growth import packaging markets.

According to a report released by the Packaging Industry Association, in the first half of this year, Brazil's packaging industry production increased by 2.66% compared with the same period in 2012. This result is mainly due to quarterly promotion, an increase of 4.81%, and only 0.56% in the second quarter. Production is expected to slow in the second half of the year, with an annual growth of about 1%. It is estimated that the output value of packaging industry will be 50.4 billion reais for the whole year, and 46.7 billion yuan last year. The output value will increase by 7.9%.
