"15" Environmental Protection Industry Key Area

The State Economic and Trade Commission proposed the key areas for the development of the "10th Five-Year Plan" environmental protection industry.

The first is advanced environmental protection technology and equipment, environmental protection materials and environmental protection agents. Including flue gas desulphurization technology and equipment, vehicle exhaust pollution prevention and control technology; urban waste resource utilization and treatment and disposal technologies and equipment; urban sewage treatment and recycling technology, industrial wastewater treatment and recycling technology, water-saving technologies and equipment Pollution-prevention-based cleaner production technologies and equipment; ecological environmental protection technologies and equipment; on-line environmental monitoring equipment.

The second is the comprehensive utilization of resources. It focuses on the comprehensive utilization of "three wastes" and the recycling of waste materials.

The third is environmental services. The main contents are environmental consulting, information and technical services, environmental engineering, pollution control facility operations and general contracting services.
