There is a new rule for treating white pollution

Two years and more than three bans, trying to work up and down, but did not get the expected results, which is the reality of China's prohibition of disabling disposable foam plastic tableware for several years. To this end, a few days ago, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, the State Environmental Protection Administration and other joint notice issued a request to strengthen the elimination of disposable foam plastic tableware law enforcement supervision.

With regard to the focus of supervision and inspection, the notice pointed out that in addition to local key wholesale and retail markets, as well as passenger transport, tourist attractions and catering units, it is mainly production enterprises, with special emphasis on “including mainland, foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwanese investment companies”.

The notice requires that local economic and trade committees should strengthen the supervision and guidance of the elimination of disposable foam plastic tableware in this region, do a good job of organization and guidance, and help and support the disposable foam plastic tableware manufacturing enterprises to make adjustments and transfer production.
