So we repair the oscillator. At first, it was thought that the cone pin at both ends of the shaft was loose or the bearing of the shaft shaft sleeve was worn. However, after the re-distribution of the sleeve, and the related parts were pre-tightened and repaired, the oscillator of the oscillator was still in the test. Failed to open up. When the scooter was found, the opening of the cavities was to rely on the open tooth of the tooth shaft to be placed on the open teeth cam and achieved by the pressure of the compression spring. Then we removed the open ball assembly and found no abnormality after the inspection. We also removed the open-cam inspection and found that there was wear and tear on the open tooth and it was concluded that the source of the problem was. After the repair process, reattach the opener and the opener cam (the dovetail of the fixed opener cam must not be installed first). After slightly tightening the two screws of the opener cam, tap the open cam with a small copper rod. , make a slight displacement in the direction of the transfer roller, then tighten the screws. Then drive the car and check the size of the cavities. If it is too small, adjust the open cam in the opposite direction. Repeat twice until the size of the open teeth is appropriate. One year after maintenance, similar failures no longer occur
