A new generation of cast film machinery for the production of synthetic paper

The latest type of cast film machine was recently developed by David and can be used to produce synthetic paper. The main structure of this equipment is composed of embossing machine, co-extrusion extruder and two-way coiling machine. Can produce different surface film, width 2 meters, 2.4 meters and 2.8 meters and other three sizes.
This equipment has an advanced dry embossing machine that can be used to produce extinction and glazing films, and can also be used for quenching and annealing of films, as well as promoting crystal growth and dimensional stability.
The coextruded extruder is equipped with a specially designed DSBI block screw from David Stan. It is designed for the extrusion production of synthetic paper. This screw has a very good effect on the distribution and dispersion of raw materials. Because the mix used in synthetic paper contains a large amount of additives, the screw must have sufficient raw material formulation capabilities and the material can overcome the mix ingredients. Therefore, the special focus of the DSBI screw design is to ensure that the film produced is uniform in color and does not distort the deformation.
This machine can use the CMR2000 microcomputer controller or the Epic monitoring control system exclusively developed by David Stall. According to customer needs, it can also install a consistent MDO mechanism to enhance the film tension, so that the film becomes a paper substitute. In addition, pre-tubular upper casting devices and double-track mechanisms can also be added to allow the machine to produce synthetic paper and cast film simultaneously.
