Fourth, Word graphics caused by garbled

This is the most common situation. The garbled questions asked by many people online are caused by this reason. And this garbled is also more "horrific", originally only a few pages of text, due to the picture in Word, after the page to ClipMaker, PageMaker page number can be increased to hundreds of pages, and each page is full of strange character. As shown in Figure 10, Figure 11.

If you have this phenomenon during the opening of Word, you can solve it by following these steps:

1. In Word, delete the original graphic image, including shading, etc. Save as a TXT file is the best method.

2. Select the content to be typeset in PageMaker and copy it.

3. Open PageMaker and create a new document. Select the "Edit Article" command under the "Edit" menu. In the window, press the "Ctrl+V" compound key to paste the text.

4. Put the article into it.

Fifth, punctuation marks will be garbled

This kind of garbled code will not be like the garbled characters caused by Word graphics. The entire document will be garbled, but it is just a part of it, and even one of the lines may be garbled. Figure 12 is a picture of this situation.
