1. More or less pages

Solution: Strictly control the quantity, that is, provide a certain number of pages when the page layout. Such as a book three pages, each 500 pages, in order to put a good page, after the distribution should be a good one, otherwise there will be more or less pages. The number of pages can be directly out of the fold. When the factory uses a multifunctional folding machine made in Hunan, the counter is set to 50 pauses. If the folding operator scores, bundles cannot keep up with the folding machine, and sometimes due to the fact that the feeder is not well-distributed, there will be a broken sheet and the count will be inaccurate. 2. Mix or mix pages during shipping, resulting in mis-delivery pages

Solution: Establish a station sign inspection system, that is, check the station sign after completing the test. Plate makers must place logos on each page. For example, rubber binding can be used to place the logo on the spine of each page in the wrong order, like a saddle-stitching book, but it must be added to the book's sky-end product. Cut off the place.
