4. How to Use
4.1 Preparation
4.1.1 Connect the power cable, test tubes, vertical rod, safety valve, and leakage alarm board properly.
4.1.2 Turn on the power at the rear panel of the device. The LCD will display “Shanghai Qingpu Huxi†and the registered trademark, entering the ready state.
4.2 Data Input
In the ready state, press the “Timedâ€, “Dropâ€, or “Peak†keys to enter the corresponding mode.
4.2.1 Time Setting: Use the “Digital†key to set parameters such as the head tube, unmanaged parameters, and time (hours, minutes, seconds). Press “Confirm†to proceed to the next setting. Press “Clear†to delete previous entries. If you want to reuse previous settings, press “Start/Stop†directly to begin.
4.2.2 Tube Setting: Use the “Digital†key to set the first and last tube numbers, as well as fixed drop counts. This function requires a compatible dripper.
4.3 Automatic Collection
4.3.1 Timed Collection: After setting the parameters, press “Confirm†one last time. The LCD will show the running timer, and the system will start collecting. Pressing “Start/Stop†during this phase will stop the process and return to the ready state.
4.3.2 Drip Collection: After the final “Confirm†press, the LCD will show the drip operation screen, and the system will begin collecting. During the process, pressing “Start/Stop†will pause the collection. If a liquid-off alarm occurs, press “Start/Stop†again to resume. The dropper will position itself at the first tube, wait for adjustment, then begin collecting. Once all tubes are collected, an alarm will sound, and pressing “Start/Stop†will reset the system.
4.4 Precautions
4.4.1 Always use a grounded three-core socket for safe operation.
4.4.2 Place the leakage alarm board under the drip tray, connect the wire through the drain hole, and insert it into the alarm socket on the back panel.
4.4.3 Adjust the dropper height after placing the first tube to ensure it is centered.
4.4.4 When using DHL series pumps, set them to constant speed.
4.4.5 Keep the inner bore of the dripper clean to avoid contamination or residue.
4.4.6 Do not remove the safety valve during operation. Always turn off the power before disassembling any parts.
