4. How to Use
4.1 Preparation
4.1.1 Ensure all components such as the power cord, test tubes, vertical rod, safety valve, and leakage alarm board are properly connected.
4.1.2 Turn on the power at the rear panel. The LCD will display "Shanghai Qingpu Huxi" and the trademark, entering the ready state.
4.2 Data Input
In the ready state, press “Timedâ€, “Dropâ€, or “Peak†to enter the corresponding mode.
4.2.1 Timing setting: Use the “Digital†key to set parameters like head tube, hours, minutes, and seconds. Press “Confirm†to move to the next parameter, or “Clear†to delete previous input. If you want to reuse previous settings, simply press “Start/Stop†to begin.
4.2.2 Peak setting: Use the “Digital†key to set the first and last tube numbers, as well as fixed drop counts (must be used with an attached dripper).
4.3 Automatic Collection
4.3.1 Timing collection: After setting the parameters, press “Confirm†to start. The LCD will show the timing screen, and the system will begin collecting. Pressing “Start/Stop†during collection will stop the process and return to the ready state.
4.3.2 Drip collection: After setting, the LCD will show the drip screen, and the system will start collecting. If a liquid-off alarm occurs, press “Start/Stop†to resume. During normal operation, the dropper will wait at the first tube for adjustment. Once positioned, the system will automatically collect until the last tube is completed, then alert the user.
4.4 Precautions
4.4.1 Always use a grounded three-core power socket for safe operation.
4.4.2 Place the leakage alarm board under the drip tray, connect the wire through the drain hole, and plug into the rear panel socket for effective leak detection.
4.4.3 After placing the first tube, adjust the dropper to center it precisely.
4.4.4 When using DHL series pumps, ensure they are set to constant speed.
4.4.5 Keep the dripper's inner hole clean and free of residue or dust.
4.4.6 Never leave the safety valve unattended. Always turn off the power before disconnecting any components.
