When operating the J2205 offset printing machine, sometimes you will encounter such a failure: the side gauge has a very limited pulling distance, and the paper conveyed by the paper conveyor usually has a position barrier within 4mm from the side to be pulled into place. A slight deviation will easily cause the phenomenon of not being pulled in place or being pulled too far, and at the same time, it will also be accompanied by a longitudinal overprint failure that does not go in place.

At first, it was suspected that there was a problem with the pull gauge. After inspection, the pull gauge was not abnormal, and when driving the empty car, the paper was placed under the pull paper wheel for trial pull. The maximum pull distance can reach 11mm. After eliminating the problem of pulling gauges, the paper feeding teeth were inspected next. The distance between the tooth pads and the paper feeding table was appropriate. The gripping force of each gripper was uniform and the movement was the same. When the car reached 77 °, the roller was opened and closed just now. It disengages from the closed tooth protrusion and corresponds to the lifting time of the pull gauge.

Finally, we placed an entire printed sheet at the paper positioning position of the feeder table, and slowly clicked the car to check it repeatedly. Finally, we found that the paper feeder was holding the paper in advance, and the advance amount was as much as 5 °. After discovering the problem, we have made more fine-tuned adjustments to the handover time between the pull gauge and the delivery tooth. In order to ensure that the paper gripper just grips the paper while the pull gauge is lifted, so that the paper can be accurately positioned and transported, first adjust the lifting time of the pull gauge, click the car to 77 °, and tear the printed sample into paper strips , Placed under the paper-pulling wheel, adjust the cam that controls the paper-pulling wheel swing movement, so that the paper-pulling wheel just has no pressure on the paper; then loosen the fastening screw of the paper-feeding tooth-closing protruding block, rotate the position of the protruding block The paper strip tests the condition of the paper-handling gripper, so that the paper-handling gripper has just gripped the paper; finally tighten the fastening screws of the protrusions. After repeated adjustments, the printed matter is accurately overprinted and the fault is completely eliminated.

After troubleshooting, we analyzed and summarized the problem.

1. Whether the time handover relationship between the side pull gauge and the delivery tooth is coordinated and accurate is the key to ensure the accuracy of overprinting. The adjustment should be absolutely accurate, to ensure that the side gauge pull time and the paper gripping time really do not interfere with each other.

2. Adjust the closing time of the delivery teeth based on the paper delivery teeth actually holding the paper. In the past, we adjusted the closing time of the paper delivery tooth based on the opening and closing tooth roller just disengaged from the closing tooth projection. This traditional adjustment method will produce a large error. The reason is that in the process of closing the gripper of the paper delivery tooth, when the tooth opening roller moves from the high point of the tooth closure bump, the two total springs of the paper delivery tooth shaft push the tooth shaft and the upper teeth to the teeth. The direction of the pad rotates. When the dental pad just presses the paper between the dental pad and the dental pad (that is, the delivery tooth just produces a grip force on the paper), the roller does not leave the closed tooth projection, but only from this time. The force acting on the rollers of the closed-tooth projection starts to gradually decrease, and the tension of the total springs of the two paper delivery shafts passes through the shafts and braces. The small spring and the tooth piece finally act on the paper. The force on the dental pad began to increase gradually. Only when the force acting on the rollers of the closing teeth is gradually reduced to zero, the tension of the total spring of the delivery shaft will act on the paper. When the force on the dental pad reaches the maximum value, the opening and closing tooth roller starts to leave the closing tooth projection. It usually takes 3 ° from the beginning of the delivery tooth to grip the paper, until the roller leaves the closed tooth projection (the gripping force reaches the maximum value). If the gripping force of the delivery tooth is adjusted too much or the gripping force of each gripper is unevenly adjusted and the movement is inconsistent, the process will be longer.

3. Because the printed paper has a certain thickness, the exact time to pick up the side gauge should tear the printed paper into a strip of paper and place it under the pull wheel for testing. The pull wheel should not have any pressure on the printed sheet. The drawing wheel and the knurling wheel under the drawing wheel are just released.
