Correctly adjust the inking device
1. Stir the ink in the ink fountain frequently, and pay attention to adding ink regularly
During the printing process, the ink in the ink fountain should often be stirred with an ink knife to prevent its precipitation and suspension. In addition, due to the reduction in the amount of ink in the ink fountain, it is easy to make the gap between the ink fountain steel sheet and the ink transfer iron roller smaller, resulting in a reduction in the output of ink and a lighter color of the printed product. In order to avoid this situation, you should also pay attention to adding ink frequently during production.
2. Scientific and reasonable adjustment of the inking device
(1) Adjustment of the local ink shade in the horizontal part of the printed matter
If the position of a certain section of the horizontal layout is mainly composed of text, mesh, and lines, the ink absorption is relatively small, and the corresponding ink fountain steel adjustment screw can be screwed in to appropriately reduce the amount of ink delivery at this location. If the position of a certain section of the horizontal layout is mainly on the ground and the plate, the amount of ink should be increased accordingly, so that the ink color of the whole version remains uniform.
(2) Adjust the color depth of the whole ink
Different inks in the ink fountain have to increase or decrease the delivery volume in total. There are two adjustment methods: one is to adjust the gap between the ink fountain steel sheet and the ink transfer (ink feeding) iron roller; the second is to adjust the ink transfer iron roller Rotate the size of the arc to achieve. When the ink is thin, the gap between the steel sheet and the iron roller should not be adjusted too large to avoid uneven ink color caused by ink leakage. When adjusting the amount of ink supply, the rotation arc of the transfer iron roller should be controlled between 1/2 of its adjustment range, so that the amount of ink can be flexibly adjusted when the ink concentration changes during the printing process
