After repeated practice and active exploration, we have solved the problem of unstable quality of printed products when using low-grade printing paper through the following methods during the operation. That is, for the problem of uneven paper quality, select paper according to three grades of A, B, and C (A: printing paper, B: proofing paper, C: other paper), and use the selected A grade as Print paper on the machine, and then deal with it from the following three aspects.

l. For non-plastic deformation, increase the drying time properly, and keep the temperature and humidity of the drying workshop consistent with the temperature and humidity of the printing workshop. Store the paper in the printing workshop for 3 to 5 days before starting the machine, so that the paper contains The amount of water tends to be balanced to prevent the phenomenon of graphic ghosting caused by paper ruffles. In doing so, the physical properties of the paper can be kept as stable as possible to meet the requirements of machine printing.

2. For the plastic deformation, under the condition of close to the ideal pressure, only the water is not filled, so the paper on the machine is run twice under the pressure of the offset press, and the paper is reached by the pressure between the rubber roller and the impression roller The maximum deformation, so that in actual printing operations, the difference between the size of the first-color printed graphics and the theoretical size and the difference in the same-direction registration tend to zero, enhancing the stability of the printing accuracy of the finished product.

3. Aiming at the deformation of the paper feed, install an anti-static device in the paper feed part and paper take-up part of the offset press to eliminate the static electricity of the paper and absorb the debris in the paper, to prevent the paper powder and paper wool from adhering to the printing plate and rubber On the cloth, eliminate the problems that are difficult to solve, such as sticking and dirt, and exclude double-sheet and skewed sheets caused by static electricity.
