This standard is a revised version of GB / T 10288-1988 "Export Feather Inspection Method", GB / T 10289-1988 "Export Washed Feather Inspection Method" and GB / T 10288-1988, GB / T 10289-1988 , The main changes are as follows:
— Combine the inspection methods of raw feathers and washed feathers into one, and remove the word “exportâ€, and name it “Examination Method for Down and Feathersâ€;
1. In addition to adopting the terms and definitions in GB / T 17685-2003 "Feather and Feather", some terms and definitions are added, such as sampling lots and samples;
— The sampling quantity and sample processing method basically adopts the method of International Feather Bureau (IDFB);
-An IDFB method is basically adopted for the inspection of a component, that is, instead of a small sample ash removing machine, a bamboo screen, and a sample tray, a sorting box is used, and the impurity inspection adopts a manual inspection method;
The identification of the goose and duck plush species also basically uses the IDFB method, which is close to the current method in China;
11. The revision of the oxygen consumption inspection method is basically close to the IDFB method and the European method;
— The structure of the transparency instrument has been improved.
This standard replaces GB / T 10288-1988 and GB / T 10289-1988 from the effective date.
