The new product can prevent moisture from invading the corrugated base paper and is suitable for packaging of products that require moisture protection, such as food, medicine, and the like. As detected by the Shanghai Commercial Inspection Center and the Paper Testing Center, the physical properties of the product exceed the national corrugated paper standard. This product is the first in China, and its water absorption and permeability have reached the level of similar products in the world. The permeability of the moisture-proof corrugated paper in Indonesia was determined to be 180s, and the product was measured as 1800s. The surface water absorbency of the Indonesian Golden Group's APP is less than 75g/m2, and that of Taiwan's Zhenglong is less than 50g/m2, while that of the product is less than 50g/m2.
At present, after being used by carton enterprises in Shanghai, Qingdao, and Changzhou, the product consistently reflects high quality and good moisture resistance. The product needs to add raw materials for chemical additives in the papermaking process, so the production cost is increased, and the price is higher than other high-strength corrugated stencils, and it is applicable to the middle-to-high-end export-oriented cartons that require moisture protection.
