Japan Develops Waste Paper Bottle Technology

Kao Corporation of Japan recently researched and developed a new packaging bottle manufacturing process by using waste paper as a raw material to make packaging bottles. This new packaging bottle can be used for packaging products such as bleaching agents and shampoos.

This process is made using plastic molding technology. The waste paper is first immersed in water and then beaten into pulp. The pulp is then injected into the mold and finally dried. This kind of bottle can be used to hold solid powdered substances, but it is also used for liquid packaging after it is waterproofed by adding a film on the surface.

This kind of packaging bottle can realize commercial production, and has the advantages of low cost and good environmental protection effect.
