Loose outdoor organizations are roughly divided into two types:
First, relatively small-scale organizations with relatively fixed members and relatively complete technical equipment and equipment. Rock and wine, for example, are such an organization. This kind of organization is generally composed of several people with relatively good relations, relatively complete technology, equipment and equipment. The members are relatively fixed and there is a clear division of labor, but there is no clear organizer and leader in the event of an accident. Members assume no responsibility for each other. The activities involved are relatively professional and generally do not easily invite or allow new people to join. Each activity is AA (if the AA system referred to in this article refers to pure AA), the members Due to long-term cooperation, it is quite tacit. Such organizations have a high level of safety due to their excellent technology and complete equipment and facilities. They are the dream organizations of many new donkeys. However, due to the fact that the activity of such organizations is more exclusive, it is generally not easy to become one of them. Even if they agree to join, they also have relatively technical and equipment requirements for the newly admitted members, and the size and number of their own organizations are relatively small. So such organizations usually entertain themselves, and it is difficult for outsiders to approach.
Second, the membership is not fixed, personnel technology, equipment and equipment are uneven, but there are more participants in the large-scale organizations, mainly relying on the network for event registration and other issues. Such outdoor organizations as "Outdoor Data Network Friend Forum" are such organizations. Such organizations do not have too many demands on participants, and there are a wide range of activities organized by them. You can join as long as you like, and you can send posts to recruit as long as you like. The cost of the activity also emphasizes the absolute AA system, but the safety and security are relatively weak. Even if the head of the donkey selected during the event is experienced and responsible, there are still dozens of individuals who have experienced the team's outing. There is no responsibility for the accident. However, due to the low barriers to entry and the fact that China's economy has made it difficult for participants to consider their own pockets, the current situation is relatively large in China.
The first of the above two organizations actually has the nature of a professional organization and is not discussed here. We mainly discuss the safety and responsibility of the second loose outdoor organization.
Before each event, the forum always vigorously discussed how to make activities more fun and more exciting. However, there are only few mentions of security issues, or they are often overwhelmed with hats such as disassembling and pouring cold water. In the vast sea of people’s brick-and-mortar wars, few people will seriously consider the issue of security. I personally witnessed the release of travel plans by madmen at the Beijing Green Camp, recruiting team members, and organized a team of nearly 60 people. Then the donkey rushed into the circle after seeing his team was so large. Posting to find the relevant knowledge of the senior guidance team leader, renting backpack tents and other supplies. Before that, he did not have any outdoor experience and qualifications. All of this came from a field survival manual and related articles on the Internet. It can be imagined that this kind of activity safety issue is not valued. It is the biggest accident if there is no such thing.
I would like to talk about responsibility. I think this is a fatal injury to the AA system. Unless it is organized by a professional organization, the AA system is not responsible for the activities of any other AA system organized by other loose organizations. Ideas and their own strength are uneven. Many people’s thoughts are like going out with a travel agent. The clothes come in handy and they open their mouths. They simply don’t realize the principle of self-reliance in self-reliance in outdoor sports. They often do not take care of everyone and they should have done collectively. At work, he only uses his eyes to look at his mouth and say that he does not care about the interests of everyone and is preoccupied with the idea of being lazy and happy. If such people do not adjust their mentality, they are not suitable for playing outdoors. It is important to know that even if it is a commercial outdoor activity, the participating team members must be responsible for the public services assigned by the team and the tasks that they need to complete in accordance with the agreement. The leader, coach, and donkey in the AA program are not nannies or nannies. His personal energy cannot guarantee one-on-one service for everyone. Moreover, he does not have the obligation to take care of a single person on the team. In a sense, the responsibility of the leader of the loose outdoor organization is to faithfully provide everyone with the plan of activities of the route, the dangers that may be encountered, and to coordinate the relationship among the players as far as possible so that the activities can be carried out smoothly, at best. Is an activity liaison, and he does not have the obligation and responsibility to provide security protection for the team, and in fact, a slightly responsible team leader will protect the safety of the team as their own responsibility, but this responsibility is only his own In his own request, he is not legally responsible.
We also analyze the leaders of loose outdoor organizations. No matter what the organization is, as long as it plays the role of the leader, it requires the leader to have a high sense of mission and responsibility. Before the organization organizes an event, communication, logistics, security and technical support, interpersonal coordination, and many other issues We must know for ourselves that the leader of the AA system must also clearly understand that these tasks are voluntary and that there is no remuneration for them. Any behavior that brazenly or disguisedly acts for their own interests is not regarded by the donkeys. It will also be punished by related laws and regulations (see the "China Mountaineering Association Mountaineering Outdoor Sports Management Measures" and "Sichuan Mountaineering Association Mountaineering and Outdoor Sports Management Measures" and other relevant laws and regulations). At the same time, the leader of the AA system must also understand that he is also an ordinary member of the team. Selecting himself as the leader is everyone's trust in themselves. You cannot think that you have the right to be superior to yourself because you are the leader and look at yourself in the event. The disobedient team members deliberately making things difficult and accusing them all are lacking in the performance of the leader. You only have to pay, there is no material reward, the only thing you can get is the psychological sense of accomplishment and the boring written records on your outdoor resume.
Safety is not guaranteed, and no one is responsible. This is the current embarrassing situation for China's outdoor sports loose organization.
As a new donkey, if you haven't participated in regular outdoor sports organizations or institutions, then the best way is to spend some money for some related professional training or to participate in several regular activities. If you do not have the opportunity to participate and you are eager to travel, try to find more relevant information and remember it on your chest. Adjust your mentality to a good state. Before attending the event, you must first identify the nature of the activity and its own safety and security. How many can there be, in case of accidents, can they bear, how many old donkeys are involved in the activities, and how many new donkeys are there? The easiest way is if more than one-third of the players registered for this event are new donkeys, it is recommended that you give up the activity decisively.
