The standard stipulates that the residual amount of solvent shall not exceed 10.0 mg/m2, in which the residual amount of benzene solvent shall not exceed 3.0 mg/m2, the metal shall not exceed 1 part per million, and the easy oxide may be titrated with sodium thiosulfate 0.01 mol/L. At the end point, add 0.25 ml of starch indicating solution, continue titrating until it is colorless, and use another blank solution to take the same method. The consumption of both titrants should not exceed 1.5 ml.

Based on the above criteria, the author believes that only in strict accordance with the requirements of the standard can the requirements of green ink be met before it can be integrated with the international market. Although the Pharmaceutical Packaging Composite Films and Bags General Clauses have been supplemented by Appendix VIII and VIIIP, KGBl038-2000, Appendix II XC, and XIJ supplemented by the 2000 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, this applies to non-injections. For printing inks, adhesives, and substrates used for the packaging of pharmaceutical packaging films and bags (trilateral sealing bags, middle sealing bags, organ bags, self-contained bags, zipper bags, etc.), strict technical specifications are not only for the formulation of inks. The design and application of glazing oil products and raw materials put forward higher requirements, and the production process (including workshops, equipment and facilities) needs to be re-understood in order to prevent contamination that may occur in packaging and printing production from the source.

The author believes that in the development of high temperature pharmaceutical aluminum foil packaging printing inks, attention should be paid to the following points: (1) Strict use of clean raw materials; (2) Use of clean equipment and facilities; (3) Use of clean packaging containers; (4) ) Select materials that can be recycled or recycled; (5) Use simple techniques and strict material loss indicators to control and reduce pollutant emissions; (6) Waste generated is harmless, resource-reduced, and minimized; (7) The pollution caused by the ink shall not exceed the technical parameters specified in the YBB0013002 standard; (8) The cleanliness of packaging printing ink includes: no pollution at 180-250°C without decomposition. Raw material formula

1, cotton formula and production process

Raw materials: 1/2 second nitrocellulose: 20%; ethanol: 22%; toluene: 24%: isopropyl alcohol: 15%; butyl acetate: 15%; cyclohexanone: 4%.
Production process: Nitrocellulose is weighed into the barrel, soaked in ethanol, soaked in toluene and isopropyl alcohol. Stirring and butyl acetate and cyclohexanone are added. Stirring is continued and the nitrocotton is soaked and dissolved. Stir until the foam has completely disappeared.

2. Antioxidant formulation and production process
Raw materials: 1010: 15%; toluene: 85%.
Production process: Put 1010 into the barrel first, add the toluene solvent, and then stir until it is clear and ready for use.

3, 2042# liquid formula and production process
2042 # liquid formula, first, after the use of crushing directly into the cotton solution, stir until completely dissolved. The second method is to use xylene or butyl acetate 50% and 50% of 2042# solution after stirring and dissolving.

4, color paste formula
Raw materials: transparent yellow: 40%; ethanol: 40%; butanol: 20%.

5. Preparation of other raw materials
MR 30:50±30%; LM 405:55±2%; isooctanoic rare earth: 60%; 582 resin; ethyl acetate; ethanol; acetone.

MR: 30:3%; LM: 405:10%; cotton solution: 65.62%; 582:1%; 2042#: 1%; isooctanoic rare earth: 0.2%; ethyl acetate: 5.32%; ethanol: 1.14%; Acetone: 11.72%; 1010 Solution: 1%.
The general high temperature resistance is 160-250°C·3-10 seconds. It can also be used as a high-temperature coating oil (commonly known as OP adhesive).

Application scope:

6. When MR-30 resin is increased, the heat resistance of ink or varnish can be greatly improved, but overdosing will affect the curing speed.
